Computer Requirements
Pentium 2 or above
64MB of RAM
56K Modem or high-speed Internet connection
Sound card is optional but highly recommended
Software Requirements
Windows 98 or above
Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 or above (IE 6 is highly recommended)
Macromedia Flash Player is required for many of the pest control courses.
Sun Java version 1.4.2R3 is required for Skillsoft courses.
Some courses use the Adobe Authorware plug-in. If you have trouble with these courses, you may need to install Mozilla Firefox and the Authorware Plug-in.
